- SUNRISE WRECK -
As the sun was rising over the horizon at Heron Island, the rays started to pass through the water. A school of fish that was hovering at the side of the wreck became more pronounced in the dark morning waters. I managed to capture this moment underwater and above water by taking this split shot.

ANNIKA'S UNDERWATER JOURNEY
Annika started her underwater photography journey in 2020 in Kaikoura, New Zealand. "I was excited to be able to showcase the beauty of the rich waters of Kaikoura. My days were often spent with dusky dolphins and New Zealand fur seals." Recently moved to Australia, Annika has started exploring the beautiful marine life of Queensland. "I love the diversity of the ocean, animals such as krill, octopus, rays, whales and everything in between."
