MARINE LIFE
SUSAN RAJSKA
-SHINE-
A green sea turtle cruising in the sunrise rays of Heron Island's lagoon, looking for jellyfish to snack on. Heron Island gives the opportunity to encounter several species of these endangered animals and the ability to witness them laying eggs, hatching, or getting eaten by sharks- the full circle of life.
SUSAN'S UNDERWATER JOURNEY
Since I’ve started my diving adventure, all I wanted was to show everyone the beauty I see underwater, including the bubbles, the sunrays and the fascinating marine life ! From the little nudibranchs to the enormous manta rays and hopefully whales very soon ! The ocean's movement, colours and diversity are endless. Trying to show how vibrant it can be is one of my goals as an underwater photographer. Along the way I am finding beauty in things that sometimes are not visible to the eye, like an amazing and ever changing texture of a cuttlefish skin, how fluffy is a puppy dog underwater, or how our skin reflects the light on a nice sunny day. I learn new things each time I dive and I hope this will be reflected in my work.
