EDITORIAL

Talia Greis - My underwater photographic journey began on the high seas of Western Australia. Surrounding myself with the natural wonders of whale sharks, manta rays, and shivers of sharks gliding through the shallows, i realised that a Gopro simply wouldn't suffice any longer. My journey with the ocean is primarily focused on marine life portraits, animal behaviour, and experimental techniques. Patience is paramount, as a moment can come and go faster than the blink of an eye. Humanity's impact on our oceans is one that has brought more harm than good, so my ambitions are directed at capturing the beauty, and vulnerabilities of the ocean's inhabitants, as we more likely to cherish something that we have learned to love.
